Solid victory for the Tar Heels.

Duke as expected flopped in the 2nd half.

Final Score

UNC: 79
DUKE:73

Good news, thanks. I think UNC can be the best come tourney time, but the shooters can't be off.

There has been multiple on field brawls, fan altercations, game/playoff winning home runs, free agent signings from one team to another. This rivalry has it all.
it's been playe dover 100 years and in that time we have had 4 periods of a real rivalry and 2 of them it wasn't an on field yanks vs. Sox type of rivalry. We have babe and other former Sox going to the Yanks and winning Championships in the 20s then it was Dimaggio vs. Williams then the mid-late 70s(whic is when it really got intense) then 2003-current. It's a great rivalry RIGHT NOW, it's not a great all-time rivalry and it's not close to Carolina-duke.

The Heels are in a little slump right now, they ahve played poorly 2 straight games but they still managed to pull it out last night which is a good sign.
