you and mick should fight to the death...its only fair...

but yeah, i'm nervous about the PSV game today, Arsenal has been playing a ton of matches...fortunately, we still have the home leg to come, so as long as its a close game there will still be a chance to advance...

I don't think Arsenal should have that much trouble against PSV, and like you said, they have a home leg to look forward to.

Unfortunetly for Milan, there are talks that their home leg will be played at a neutral site not even in Italy, due to the deplorable conditions of Italian stadiums.

Final Scores:

Celtic 0 - 0 Milan

PSV 1 - 0 Arsenal

Lille 0 - 1 Man U

Real Madrid 3 - 2 Bayern

That Milan match sucked. I followed the live text on Eurosport.com and the commentary was pretty interesting. This sums up the match pretty good:

Quote:
71' Oh dear... Gilardino dives in the box! And he goes into the book for his simulation! That really was the worst dive I've ever seen... there wasn't a player within two yards of him went his face contorted with pain and he hit the deck! Disgraceful...
Gilardino is a little ***** anyway, he can never produce for Milan in the clutch. The 2nd leg will not be easy either because of the neutral site.

Also Liverpool-Barca and Roma-Lione will be good games, Totti in this moment is in a pretty good shape.
Sorry for all the mistakes

Don't worry the second match will be at the Meazza stadium(San Siro)!

Beckham played really well today in Madrid 3-2 win against Bayern Munich. I still think Bayern will take the series with a win at home.

If Inter play at Meazza so will do it also Milan . The problem is that just the season tiket holders can enter, so the stadium will not be full!

Hey Paulie

You see the goal by Ryan Giggs for Man United?

Rooney is a tricky little bugger.

I didn't see it, but I was reading about it today... looks like the Lille players got all upset over it.

Today's matches are:

Roma - Lyon

Barca - Liverpool

Porto - Chelsea

Inter - Valencia

great matches today, too. They all have the potential to be very good. I like Inter, Chelsea to win and Roma to tie Lyon. As far as Barca - Liverpool goes, I either like a tie or a come from behind underdog win from the Reds.

there must be some feud on the Barca side... Eto'o isn't even on the bench, let alone in the lineup

i think Eto'o recently made another comment about how he doesnt get enough credit for Barca's success, that everybody is content to heap praise on Ronaldinho instead...but if things have gotten this bad, i expect to be reading a lot of transfer rumors about him this summer...

UPDATE: found what i was thinking of...from Deadspin's David Hirshey
Quote:
This is the same Barcelona that won the title last year and, in Ronaldinho and Samuel Eto'o, boast two of the world's most feared players. But both are also vain and volatile egomaniacs, and Eto'o has always chafed at the special treatment he feels Ronaldinho gets from the club.

It didn't help that after the Cameroonian hitman, returning from a knee injury that kept him out for five months, opted not to enter last week's game for the final garbage time minutes, Ronnie accused him of putting himself ahead of the team. Eto'o's response was adopt the third person and say, "anyone who comes out to the press and says Eto'o has refused to play is a bad person."
