You are comparing apples to oranges.

Martinez really isn't 5 tool anyway, he is more an offensive player than a defensive whiz.

Milledge and Gomez are more 5 tool prospects than F-Mart.

Agreed, Fernando Martinez is alot more of a pure hitter, and has shown more to be a talent well beyond his years so far. Any prospect could bust, but I don't think this kid will, if any of the 3 did, I'd suspect it'd be Gomez. He just doesn't seem like he'll ever have any type of pop in his bat IMO.

Didnt Escobar have injury issues even before we sent him to Cleveland? I know he had a big problem with injuries there and hes with the Nats now

Martinez has already shown a lot of power for his age, which is a very good sign. He will have to work on his plate discipline though.

Anyone paying attention to Milledge this spring? Cant imagine how Shawn Green can take his playing time.

Wait until Shawn Green sees a lefty.

Milledge is so highly regarded because of his patience. Hopefully he'd take pitches when he sees breaking pitches.
