MMA Ratings?
I'm a big boxing fan who'd like to get into MMA a little bit more. While I'm aware that there are a few sanctioning bodies out there, I'm curious if there are any rankings for fighters in the different weight classes - both within one organization (eg. - UFC), and also among all the organizations. Anything you can tell me will be of help.

Many major mma magazines have rankings for the UFC/Pride fighters and some websites do as well. As for as the UFC I do not remember ever seeing their official rankings but I could be wrong. The merger with Pride has really stepped things up and now I think the competition is being weeded out. By the end of January you will have a pretty clear cut breakdown as they have major events in December and right before the Super Bowl
