Not really. The republican senate has vetoed a lot of the bills or in the very least supported the Bush doctrine. It is unsustainable and will cease very soon.
There are a lot of republicans giving up their seats before the next election and the American people still want change. We will get it.
blah-blah-blah-blah.... the usual BS from the lunatic left who waved the pom-poms last year yet won't admit what a failure they have been based on the agenda they were elected for.... |

That didn't take too long.
Publisher: McClellan doesn't believe Bush lied Spokesman 'did not intend to suggest' the president purposely misled him McClellan didn't intend to suggest Bush lied Nov. 21: Scott McClellan's publisher says the president's former spokesman does not believe the president lied to him about the leak of CIA operative Valerie Plame. NBC's Jeannie Ohm reports. MSNBC News Services updated 2:52 p.m. ET Nov. 21, 2007 WASHINGTON - Former White House spokesman Scott McClellan does not believe President Bush lied to him about the role of White House aides I. Lewis Scooter Libby or Karl Rove in the leak of CIA operative Valerie Plame's identity, according to McClellan's publisher. Peter Osnos, the founder and editor-in-chief of Public Affairs Books, which is publishing McClellan's book in April, tells NBC from his Connecticut home that McCLellan, "Did not intend to suggest Bush lied to him." Osnos says when McClellan went before the White House press corps in 2003 to publicly exonerate Libby and Rove, the problem was that his statement was not true. Osnos said the president told McClellan what "he thought to be the case." But, he says, McClellan believes, "the president didn't know it was not true." |

Left Wing Radio Pearl of Wisdom for Today:
From the Randi Rhodes Show (Guest Host Today).......paraphrased, of course. "Well, it is certainly odd that McClelland and his publisher would release this blurb so early, since his book doesn't come out till April. And the reason may be to save his own life. It's well known that the criminal Bush Administration has murdered people to protect it's secrets on a number of occasions. I think McClelland may have released this blurb so early, because he knew that if the Bush Administration found out he was going to write this, they would have him killed for such a revelation". |

Thats funny, I don't remember hearing it that way. Care to provide the quotation where Bush says, in no uncertain terms, that Iraq/Saddam Hussain was the planner, organizer and staffer for the 9/11 attacks? Thanks. |
