Testicular torsion is a serious condition. It can cause sterility and testicular cell death. Imagine the worse case of blue balls EVER that needs surgical intervention to relieve the pain and pressure.

I had one twisted about eight months ago. The worst pain I have ever felt. I would be sitting on the couch and my wife would be looking at me and all of a sudden, I'd start to cry due to the pain.

I had more doctors and urologist touch my nuts, even more than my wife. The only good that came out of it...let's just say I have a surplus of Vicoden.

Kaz Matsui will miss four to five days with an anal fissure.

That's an unnatural tear or crack in the anus skin, for those of you not in the know. Matsui is expected to be out until at least Friday. Anal fissures can become chronic problems, but the Astros hope using a different medication will sooth Matsui's issue.
