This board is being ruined by a complete lack of respect toward each other. The mod that spends the most time here is sick of it, so I will proceed to ban anyone with a nasty comment to anyone else. I'm not going to read every thread through, but if I catch any bs going forward expect to be banned.

Old battles are over, so there are no replies to someone who may have insulted you in the past. If you guys want to act the way you do, expect to be treated poorly by JI. This place is here because you wanted it, your decision to keep it around or not.

It's getting pretty obnoxious on here lately. A lot of the animosity seems to be spilling over from the politics forums, where there is absolutely no sign of respect for anyone (there are about 10 regular posters who pretty much shout down anyone other than themselves) and that level of discourse seems to be affecting our ability to "converse" on here...

All together now - take a deep breath.

I've been posting here for a while, and things have certainly taken a turn for the worse in the past month or so.

I agree, and while I enjoy a debate and good natured-ribbing, it cannot get to the point where people are purposly trying to be disrespectful.

Sometimes it seems the energy from one thread spills into the next until everybody is way too fired up.

That being said this forum is a great place to openly discuss issues because their are enough differing opinions to make for great and quite often educational discussion.

Absolutely it's obvious he was kidding around, however you guys know that getting around the language sensor has always been a pet peeve, and we want this room changed. finlee just dropped the wrong line at the wrong time, he'll be back when his ban is over.
