Woody: Why Don't You Change to NJ Jets NOW?

Why wait till next year Woody?

Oh, one more time at Hofstra? So, I guess next year you'll be able to visit our Jets more easily from your home in NJ - as opposed to our homes in Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau, and Suffolk counties? And, we'll be playing in the new Giants Stadium...oops...I mean the new "generically named stadium" that's gonna be decked out in blue 2x a month and have no green seats?

That new stadium Woody?

Just do it now Woody. Or, at least, call us the "metro-area Jets" for a year - anything but THE NEW YORK JETS.

Simple answer to that question...because if he changed the name to NJ Jets it would devalue the franchise. We all know by now that Woody wants his cake and eat it too. That's his only quest now.

We all hate that Namath era Jets logo anyway. Tradition my ***. It's ugly. "NY" is so un-Giant and it tells Bulgarian fans where we come from. It's great Woody!

Not every team is run in some sort of football nirvana that appeals to everyone geographically, cosmetically, or morally.

Accept the warts and move on, or find a new team. I think the NY Dragons could use some fans.
