McCain looks angry and uncomfortable...thanks to someone else's comments

these subordinates to the candidates should really just shut up....

I mean...look at how uncomfortable McCain is here having to answer for what Carly Fiorina said about coverage for viagra vs coverage for birth control....
McCain suffers from the same disease that did in John Kerry and Al Gore and Bob Dole and Michael Dukakis: He's simply not very comfortable in his own skin, and it really hurts him on the trail.
How did W get elected twice?

He seemed harmlessly simple. Middle America never noticed that he was just a patsy, he seemd like a swell guy to share a cold one with.

Dubya, for all his failings as a leader, is actually a very natural, charismatic politician. He's extremely comfortable in his own skin and struck people as a real person.

That's how he beat Gore, who on paper was a superior candidate in every way. People just liked him better. Same thing happened to Kerry (although Kerry wasn't as good a candidate as Gore).

Does that mean you're voting for McCain? He's like the king of Vietnam veterans.

I'm sorry, I cringe when I see him try to speak. (Always have). I don't know how you can say he is comfortable in his own skin.

It's obvious military backgrounds do not make the candidate, GW would of never of been President.

It's a weird thing. He's sort of completely unaware of how awkward he is, and that makes him natural in a way.

I never liked the guy, believe me, but the whole "I'd rather have a beer with him" thing seemed to work in his favor. (Sort of ironic given he's a recovering alcoholic, but I digress.)

Superior in every way? Not if you disagree with the politics of his party.

That is the #1 thing people whot voted for Bush (me included, though I don;t drink beer) have said. They would rather have a beer with Bush rather than John "The Elitist" Kerry or Al "Watch Me I Move Like a Robot" Gore.

Bush might be great for a barbecue, but not for paying the cost of the shindig.
