How bad are some of these Big East coaches???
especially from the NFL ranks....
anyone want to tell me why Greg Robinson is still a HC???? Dave Wandsted was bad in the NFL and looks worse in college.... meanwhile UConn and USF have perhaps the most underrated coaches in the nation..... |

Greg Robinson couldn't recruit his way out of a paper bag... whether that is relevant or not. He's just terrible.

Lets face one thing....The Northeast will always be at a disadvantage in College football for one simple reason...the High School Talnet is far superior in other parts of the country. Schools like Rutgers and Syracuse and Pittsburgh are going to have to recruit kids to come across the country to join their program. Lets face it, the high school talent is in Florida, California, Texas, Louisiana, etc. not New York or New Jersey (although both hav gotten better over the past 10 years)

Yeah, Dave Wadnsted, or however you spell his name, is not good in Pitt. Randy Edsall at UConn, though, has really pulled that program together. UConn is lucky GT didn't pull him away after last season. I think UConn locked him up for another 4 years.
Big win by UConn on Friday. Anyone watch it? |

The sad part is that Wandstedt is one hell of a recruiter, he just can't manage a game to save his life.
Bill Stewart's been awful. |

Rutgers has been moving up in ranking in terms of their recruiting class, this years was 9th in the nation. So, i think Rutgers can bank on that in the future and continue the progress with their program. This year has just been a rebuilding year so far, mike teel has really dissapointed me this season.
