A serious question. If someone votes early, or sends an absentee ballot but for some reason dies before "Election Day" do those votes count?

It sucks when you have to pay for something after it has already happened. The majority of guys crying about taxes are the first ones to want to go to war.

War isn't free and the charge card is full.

That's your choice, and you should have the right to not leave anything for the next generation should you so choose. Just like I should have the right to leave something for my kids, as I would like to choose.
