I don't think people should be patted on the back for voting a black man in. Not being racist is what you're supposed to do, it's not commendable quality. It should be the standard.

The line about the most important association was especially classy. I have to think if he would have brought this kind of attitude to his campaign instead of constant negativity and divisiveness, this race would have been much closer. Great speech.

no one knew who he was....I must have talked to over three dozen people in the last few weeks at work and friends who were all Republican/Conservatives who did not want to vote for McCain. I would mention Barr and there would be crickets.
