As much as I'm not a fan of Notre Dame, you have to admit a strong Notre Dame team is good for college football. The tradition, the cold games in Nov., touchdown Jesus, "smart" kids, etc. Charlie has dropped the ball, and 1983 is right, they have consistantly had top ranked recruiting classes, something should change there, Chucky would add some flavor.

Someone has to explain to me why Winningham went 21-15 and got canned.

And Weis gets an EXTENSION. :eek:
