OT: Monster Jam

Anyone ever been to a monster truck show/race/thingy?

Monster Jam is near me this weekend, I'm tempted to go just to see what it's all about. I barely knew this stuff really existed until I moved down south (nola) back in May. I have a 5$ coupon so it'd cost like 10 bucks.

Oh, and I'd be going for the people watching as well. There's bound to be some winners, hahah

Saw one with moto cross!! I left there high as a kite, tons of gas and exhaust

Monster Truck shows are awesome. Huge trucks crushing and jumping stuff. I try to go if there's one nearby and I have the time.

Definitely a fun time.

The only entertainment value to be gained from these freak shows is seeing your small child smile or say "wow".

If you're not bringing a kid don't bother. I went to 1 a long time ago to see if it was really just necks in big trucks running over junk cars. The answer is yes... that's exactly what it is. :crosseyed
