I love America's pace in the match and Mexico is playing way too emotional but they have a better side than i thought.

Is Marquez always psychotic, or only against the US?
It didn't seem like he cared where the ball landed as long as he cleated Howard in goal, Crazy stuff. |

good win for the US. things are getting ugly in Mexico and now they won't have Marquez when Costa Rica (
) pays them a visit at the end of March.Costa Rica ( ) is currently on a 12-game undefeated streak, and i know damn well that playing Mexico at the Azteca is gonna be a pain in the ass. but they're vulnerable right now and their confidence is low. with Rafa out for the next match, i think Costa Rica ( ) has as good a shot as they'll ever have to steal some points on the road.anything less than a victory against Costa Rica ( ) and Sven will get fired.

Well Voodoo didnt help
![]() Marquez is crazy, how can the captain let his team down once again vs USA. The highlights on mexican TV showed that 17 of the last 19 goals the US has scored against us have become of mistakes made by our own players. So we had a chance didnt make it and we couldnt afford to make those mistakes. Before Marquez got the card, that play was a penalty against Dos santos (wich is also inadmissable that he didnt stand up after he went down). Things will settle, but still 4 long years till we meet again in Columbus. Good victory. Sad to see some arguments in the tunnel (wonder what Hejduk said). And well...till next time |

He plays fine for Barca. No idea what his deal is when he plays with the nats. As for the game, Mexico had a fair amount of chances just couldnt put them in. Which is usually another one of their problems, they need a bigtime striker. Castillo has potential. Dos Santos looked like a dangerous player, like him alot And a surprise to me, Sanchez played pretty well. Though the last goal was questionable, but still a hard strike from Bradley. I would say its time to start Guillermo Ochoa. Anyway good game from A US fan. Always exciting to watch them play. Probably will get us at Azteca. |
