Monica Bellucci is this generation's Sophia Loren. There is no actress hotter than her in the world, and I'm talking about women half her age. She just transcends hotness.

Speaking of Frenchwomen (lol), though, Marion Cotillard is very good-looking. She's pretty much brain dead when it comes to intelligence -- see her remarks about 9/11 -- but she's very sexy.

Then again, she's no Monica.
