Ufc 100.

Should be an amazing card, who's ordering it.

UFC built a pretty cool site for the card as well, http://100.ufc.com/

MAIN CARD

* Champ Brock Lesnar vs. interim champ Frank Mir (heavyweight title unification)
* Champ Georges St. Pierre vs. Thiago Alves (for welterweight title)
* Jon Fitch vs. Paulo Thiago
* Michael Bisping vs. Dan Henderson
* Yoshihiro Akiyama vs. Alan Belcher

PRELIMINARY CARD

* Stephan Bonnar vs. Mark Coleman
* Mac Danzig vs. Jim Miller
* Jon Jones vs. Jake O'Brien
* C.B. Dollaway vs. Tom Lawlor
* Matt Grice vs. Shannon Gugerty
* T.J. Grant vs. Dong Hyun Kim

Hopefully they show the Dollaway, Coleman, and Danzig fight on the broadcast.

As for the main event, pretty stacked card.

I predict a Lesnar 1st round stoppage due to strikes. He is too strong for Mir and with more experience under his belt now, he won't be getting caught in any leg locks.

Disappointing loss for Lesnar the first 'go round' with Mir but I'm 100% positive he destroys him again... And actually finishes this time...

This is probably one of the best cards I've seen in a while.

And we almost always go to 'Champps' for the PPV events.

Do not underestimate Mir. He's hungry again and he's very dangerous on the ground especially on his back.

He knows that's where he's going to spend the fight so I have no doubt he's trained a good chunk of his time there...

Lesnar had that fight all but ended but hey, it's happened a multitude of times to inexperienced strikers...

However, Lesnar has a bit more time in the octagon and hopefully knows how to counter a leg (ankle) lock at this point... Especially a feeble attempt like the one he fell prey to in the first fight...

If you rewatch the fight with Couture, Lesnar actually kept it standing and threw strikes and some knees that landed. If he does this to Mir and Mir goes down, it wont make a difference what kind of game Frankie boy has on his back because his clock will be cleaned.

It was knee bar, and he's only had 4 fights... 4 fights...

Mir's standup has also improved dramatically. Lesnar absolutely has the power factor and the better wrestling, but Lesnar does not have a ground game whatsoever (which he showed in the Heath Herring fight). If he even attempts a lay and pray approach he will get subbed FAST

He got caught in a 'ankle lock' to begin with...

Regardless, I'm counting Mir out of this one...

My money is on Lesnar, care to wager

I have Mir beating Lesnar, St. Pierre beating Alvez, and Bisping beating Henderson.

Should be a great card. Definitely psyched for this one.

GSP over Alves Rd 3 TKO
Mir over Lesnar Rd 2 Sub
Hendo over Bisping Unanimous Decision

Alves has a good shot at clipping GSP but I still think he can avoid the power shots and wear him down like Fitch did to Alves a few years back.
