The amount of talent on the Jets D is really remarkable. When you step back and look at the size, speed and capability of guys like Jenkins, Rhodes, Revis, Harris, Scott, Pace....even Thomas and Gholston, there's no doubt that the instruments are in place. We've just been waiting for the right guy to conduct the orchestra! ;)

Rex seems to be that guy.

Ryan is prone to hyperbole about his own players, but that might turn out to be true.
