embed youtube videos?

is it allowed to embed videos from youtube, if so, how?

Go to YouTube and select a video. Then, copy the URL address. Next, paste the URL into the body of your post. As many YouTube vids won't embed, I find it helpful to click on "Preview Post" before posting a vid. If it does, click on "Submit Reply". If not, go find another. Good luck. i was assuming a tag had to be used.
