I lived through every one of them. Some which will shorten my eventual death by decades. At one point today, I cleaned my stove top of game food mess just so I could walk away from the TV. The yearly debacle is getting almost unbearable for an older gentleman as myself.

Who gives a f**k what Chiefs' fans say? This is goddam New York and we're supposed to accept watching a mush team like this year after year? You can't just sweep annual collapses/poor play under the rug for 40 years. How many more false saviors like Rex, Coslet, Edwards will it take? Stop apologizing/making excuses for coaches, owners and players. They need to hear that they suck and that we are growing weary.

did the chiefs fall prey to a fake spike, draft blair thomas, share a stadium, hire kotite, lose a double OT game cause of a late hit on a statue of a QB, knock 1QB out of a game and in turn another into the HOF.

I felt they would be around 6-10 going into this season. Of course, between the 3-0 start and the chatter, I got caught up in the hype and raised my expectations. I expect my original estimate will be more likely, with maybe one or two more wins being probable.

Does that mean I am anguished? No, but I am in a bit of a letdown mode, mostly self-induced. I'm old enough to remember some of the real horrors, going as far back as seeing SimpsOn (that 'O' was so big) intercepting Todd in the end zone. This season isn't nearly as bad as anything like that.

This team is going to be very good. Just not this year.

Im just surprised we didnt go 16-0 and lose the 1st round of the playoffs yet. Jets franchise = SNAKEBIT!

How many more years are we going to hear this? If it's said often enough, the laws of probability will eventually prove you right. What will be next year's excuse? It's only Sanchez' second year? How do you expect the offense to click with a new coordinator and offensive system? The pressure of playing in a new shared stadium? Why keep apologizing for these frauds? We continue to buy tickets and merchandise, support them at every level, but they don't produce.

If it bothers you so much find another team.. I apologise for no players coaches etc.. There are Teams that have never made or won a Bowl.. I do think that Jet fans in general lead the league in whiners and complainers..Even in wins the whining doesn't stop.. Most of you think your better then Tanny,Rex or Shotty so contact Woody send him your resume make millions and take the Jets to the Bowl..
