I've seen quite a few incidents recently where the "victim" of racism in a high profile case such as this one was ultimately suspected in the creation of any "KKK" references that "appeared" either at the conception of the case or later as the case dragged on, so I wouldnt lend too much credence to that.

It is my belief that this is a non-racism case that now is being played with like a cat with a ball of yarn, by racial antogonists, white and black.
