NBA Draft Lottery (Nets #3 Overall)

Nets with a 25 percent chance to win
Wolves with a 19 percent chance to win
Kings with a 15 percent chance to win
Warriors and Wizards with a 10 percent chance to win

That covers the favorites, seeing as how the rest have a 5 percent or lower chance to win.

The winner of the lottery will get to choose between John Wall (PG Kentucky) or Evan Turner (SG Ohio State)

ESPN 8 PM prior to game to of Magic/Celtics.

I'm pulling for the Nets to get the first pick.

Hopefully Utah is the first team called tonight.

They really need to change those odds to weigh more in favor of the team with the worse record.

Yes, I know the NBA is worried about teams tanking seasons but only 4 times in the last 22 yrs has the team with the worst record won the lottery.

That said, hope the Nets win it.

The one glimmering hope Nets fan have if we don't get the first pick is that a handful of lottery teams have good young point guards and might not take Wall first overall anyway.

That being said this is the most exciting day since October for Nets fans.

they'll all take Wall. Even the Wolves.

When you are as bad as these teams are, you draft talent...not need. Such is the legacy of Sam Bowie. Wall is going to blow scouts away and Turner's suspect handle is going to hurt his stock.

It's going 1. Wall 2. Turner 3. Cousins 4. Favors

The Nets need Wall. But that has nothing to do with getting LeBron.

LeBron is not going to play in NJ for 2 years.

You a Nets fan? Pray for Durant. That's the only play that makes true sense for your franchise.

I'm not big on Favors. I don't think you can really go wrong with either Cousins or Wesley Johnson though.

But what about Wesley Johnson?
Cousins makes you set at the 4 and 5 for years. They'll suck again next year and hopefully the NBA actually, you know, helps the worst team out.

Wes Johnson is a pure small forward. Nets already have their swingman for the future in Terrence Williams.

Favors is a better prospect and fills a glaring need.
