Good to have the team back home again. Hopefully their bats will wake up. This series begins a strech of 16 games against the indians,Orioles,Blue Jays and Astros. I'm sorry, but if the Yankees don't beat up on these teams then there's something wrong. And I expect them to take 3 of 4 from the Tribe.

No excuses!!!!!!

GO YANKEES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully the team gets it going and takes advantage of this stretch, I'm talking sweep here and start getting on a win streak. We got the pitchers on the mound for a sweep, lets get it!

Crappy lineup with A-Rod getting the day off. Cervelli needed a day off...looks like he's returned to his normal form.

He's a backup catcher. If he always hit like that, he wouldn't be a backup catcher.

Brian Cashman got Nick Swisher for Wilson Betemit and a 2nd tier prospect (who is awful)

BTW, Swisher just got engaged to actress Joanna Garcia.

I know Teixeira isnt hitting what he should yet.

But the last two nights defensively he has put on a clinic.

Cant see I've seen anyone play it better including Hernandez and Mattingly.

Cano is en fuego

Nice comeback for Granderson too, a couple of nice defensive plays, big double off of a left hander

I like this line-up with A-Rod back in it, I like Miranda at DH

Pena is starting to wear on me, the kid probably needs work, but he needs to step it up, or they could send him back down when Posada comes back instead of Russo

Man these Cleveland pitchers have no control of his pitches. They're all over the place.
