Cell phones. Most days on the train I fantasize about beating senseless (1) the numbnuts shouting into the d*mn thing, and (2) the person or persons responsible for its invention.

Modern medicine.

People with weak genes simply shouldnt be kept alive with the intervention of technology to pass on their crappy genetics. It weakens the human race as a whole...
