Completely agree. The idea that a football franchise would condone that type of pottymouth . . . well, I think it's absurd. I certainly wouldn't want any team I root for employing anyone who curses.

"He is ripping the Jets" is not news, nor new. He does it every single day, at every single opportunity, and a new thread (or 6, the count thus far today) is not required to discuss how he is ripping us "today" as opposed to every other day, or the forum will be wall-to-wall Francessa threads.

So please, everyone knows Francessa is ripping the Jets today. If it's relevant to an existing topic, say so there. Otherwise, nod in a knowing appreciation that the Board already knows, and a new thread is not required.

He sounded like every Drill Sergeant I've ever known, every Line NCO in the Army, every hard assed First Sergeant that ever served, every fireman, cop, sailor etc.

Every hard assed toughguy I've ever known talks exactly like Rex - when not in mixed company (notice how pleasant he was on the phone with his wife?).
