He looks like Eastern Bloc Mr Been.

My guess is he will seek out perennial attention getters like Firemans Ed, Capt. Jet and Polidore67... and just happen to be standing behind them when the cameras are desperately looking for their "crazy Jet fan" reaction shots.

We've seen it before with Poli..
