2010 DRAFT midterm grades
I am not as deep into the details as many of you when it comes to individual players but what is everyone's opinion on the 2010 draft now that we have seen 4 weeks.
Wilson Ducasse McKnight The Terminator None seem to be impact players yet.... what is everyone's thought here? |

Incomplete. As In. Far too early to give grades, frankly, giving grades before 2 years is kind of pointless. But after 4 games? That's just silly. |

The best player we got this year seems to be the Terminator. It is still WAY too early to announce winners and losers though as we are only 4 games into the season of the respective players first seasons.
If we had this conversation in 1998 and If you graded the Colts draft of Peyton Manning you would probably of graded it terribly. Lets give our guys some time before we grade our draft. |

i've never taken a midterm 25% through a semester....
if you are being asked to do that then I would suggest dropping the class. |

I'm never afraid to make evals early and often.
Kyle Wilson, good pick. He has been beat fairly often early but he is a rookie that is often right there, he just needs to find the ball better. He has made some nice plays as well. Duccasse, worry pick. For a 2nd rounder he seemed lost in camp, played more like a late rounder FA. I think a year will help as he seems willing. I also think he is much more suited to RT than a guard position. Hope but could bust. McKnight. High potential bust pick. Not in shape at rookie camp, not in shape and ready at regular camp. Suspect attitude, might not be effective between the tackles. Fumbles. Has some talent and moves but I have not seen anything that sets him apart from any one of a ton of backs in this league. Connor, Excellent pick. A guy that can bust you and drive you. Will be a willing player on ST's and in the backfield. Only question is durability with his style. |
