I can see NORV TURNER being fired at the end of the season and our SCHOTTY as the new HC of the Chargers. Opinions?

Don't think it ended well with AJ and Marty but the GM deserves the axe as much (maybe more) than Norv so we will see... (new GM could hire Brian but do not see it happening with AJ)

My bet is Norv is fired mid season in an attempt for AJ to save his own ass

AJ "lord of no rings" is approaching Mat Millan status

Yeah, AJ Smith hates Marty with a passion....and probably isn't too fond of Brian either.

That won't happen.

But I'm sure Shotty is going to get some looks around the league. He has in the past, and our Offense is probably the best it's been under him this year.

bye bye norv but if schotty knows what's right, he doesn't go near that job because of what happened to his dad (14-2 and get fired? btw i saw him at the club seats at MNF vs. Vikings) and aj smith has a horrible image in NFL circles so i wouldn't think many people would want to fill norv's shoes

You're dead wrong about Schotty, Kentucky.

Schotty HATES AJ Smith. You really think he's going to work for the GM who fired his father? Seriously?

After last yrs playoff victory against the Chargers Schotty called Marty and said, "This one's for you, Dad."

if schotty keeps up his solid play calling I could totally see that happening.

I think he'd fit right in there w/ their offensive weapons, and plus his exposure to rex and his defensive philosophy would make him a pretty solid pickup

man i never thought i'd say this...but as of today I'd hate to lose Schotty
