The idea is that if you're going to dump your coach, make sure you have someone to replace him that you feel will be an improvement or you'll be in the same spot if not worse. |

Someone, ideally Woody, needs to walk up to Rex and say something like,
"Okay, it's been three years now. Enough with the hyperbole, excuses, and othe bulls hit. It's time to win it all. Some idiots may find the notion of 'two straight championship game appearances' attractive and important, but not me. Last time I checked, that means jack squat, especially since your defense didn't show up in both games and we got boned without lube.
