If the Jets dont make changes

If the team fails to make the playoffs or gets in and is eliminated how disappointed would you be if they stayed under the cap and did not make major changes to personnel ?

I believe they def need help on the OL and that we need receivers who can come back to the ball and get open. Defensively we just cant continue to go any longer without a great pass rusher.

I know Rex is a players coach but he need to make the shift to management and kick of these underperformers in the butt

Over conservative, cowardly ass offensive play calling. Can't get one f'in yard when we need it. I am Pissed. The skins are as bad as the Broncos.... totally inept, yet we make them look like studs. Also, can we gaurd a tight end this year?

He can throw it, he just can't complete it.

I said it in the game thread, but the biggest problem we have on offense is that we're completely unable to throw the ball down the field. Sanchez is inaccurate throwing deep and makes poor decisions. We can't protect very long. Our receivers are slow. Our playcalling is conservative. All of these things make it hard for us to throw deep which in turn

A) allows defenses to sit on short routes and stack the box

B) forces us to be incredibly consistent and make no mistakes in order to dink and dunk the length of the field

C) allows 10 or 15 yard penalties to completely murder our drives

We need to improve our protection, get more speed, get aggressive and either coach Sanchez up or dump him and find someone who can get the job done.

BUT it took 3 and 1/2 Quarters before that Barrage came.

We won't get that kind of luxury against the BETTER teams, though.
