We need safety help in a bad way, Smith can't run and Jimmy can't stay healthy, I have no idea why we let go Lowery for next to nothing either. Barron is not spectacular but he would complete our secondary, we need to find a way to stop TE's from killing us every game.

Exactly, he's not spectacular and I'm not in favor of drafting an un-spectacular safety in the 1st round.

If you think that Barron could handle the Gronkowski's and Finley's of the league, then you're sadly mistaken.

This is a pretty bad safety class. Not as putrid as last years, but pretty damn pathetic nonetheless.

Our best bet would be to bring in a solid vet who isn't totally lost in coverage like Michael Griffin or Dashon Goldson.
