Maybe we need veteran coaches not more rookies

Rex can be a good coach but like Gen Patton said when asked about cursing at his men "Damn it I don't want these men to love I want them to obey me". Woody might want to hire ex-coaches to to spend a day or so with Rex to share their philosphies so he can learn to become better.

Yeah because a lot of coaches laying around out there have had more success than Rex...
