Michael Williams from Alabama would be a nice pick up in the 5th. He's one of the best blockers in the draft at TE.

what about Smelley from bama. He has looked good this year. Could be a good mid round pick and he is a balanced TE.

I like Smelley a lot as a pass catcher, and even think he can block for his size.

But he weighed in at 233.... He simply can't play TE at that weight in the NFL. At least not traditionally anyway. And it's a LOT to assume he can add 20 lbs and maintain athleticism and speed.

I still like George Bryan out of N.C. State.

Damn good blocker and reliable hands. Not much of a threat after the catch but he'll come down with the ball in traffic.

Michael Williams is a better blocker and he's huge 6'6'' 270 so I'm guessing that's what the Jets are going to be looking for since they already have Keller.

Lets not talk about TEs. That is how we end up with Coby Fleener in the 1st.

LOL, I don't think we have to worry about that this year.

You'd be better off getting a small lineman they'll be the same speed but block better. Harkey is slow as ****.

I like Bryan a lot as well. We don't need big play ability out of our TE, since Keller is more of a pass catcher then blocker. We need someone who can block, help the running game, and when we need a 5-7 yard reception will make it, seems like Bryan fits that mold.
