Could we be waiting for Tebow?

Hear me out. If manning signs with Denver, Tebow is getting cut. Jax sounded like a good fit for him but they spent a decent amount on henne and have gabbert. So it seems like they are set for now at qb.

Where would Tebow get a starting gig? If Flynn goes to Miami, The only options out there are Clev and Seattle. I think Clev and Seattle both run a west coast offense which tebow cannot run.

So now, the only job out there for tebow is a backup role. It would have to be for a non west coast team who relys heavily on the run game. What team is set up to run the ball in 2012 more then the Jets? Answer - Nobody.

Call me crazy, but Tim Tebow might be the back up qb of the Jets real soon. And this board would be filled with Tebowmaniacs. We thought the Chad Witch Trials of 07 were bad.

IMO, the Jets have not signed a backup qb because they are waiting to see what happens in Denver.

Where do you guys see tebow if he gets cut by Denver.

The past few days I have been thinking that I would want Manning to end up with crazy man Bud Adams in Tennessee.

Then we could trade for Locker:yes:

Do not want any part of Tebow.

I didn't know that allowing computers in mental institutions was part of the new health care bill.

Jacksonville would trade for Tebow in a heartbeat. They'd see a huge improvement in attendance at their home games.

I would use Tebow as an option out of the backfield. An H-back. Run the wildcat. Something along those lines. There are options for him in an offense, I just don't think QB is one of them.

Nope.

While that would logically be the right thing to do, the JAx GM has said numerous times that he doesn't view Tebow as an NFL QB.

But apparently Chad Henne and Blaine Gabbart are.

Neither does John Elway, and most of the league.

I was thinking that maybe the Jets will make a last minute try for Manning and then trade Sanchez to Denver for Tebow and have Tebow back up Manning, learn the system and then start in 2 years.

Notwithstanding that we sign Quinn and trade Sanchez for Alex Smith and a later 4th rd draft pick.

The Jets Insider offseason threads.

You will never find a more wretched hive of hyperbole, speculation and overreaction.

We must be cautious.

What HC/OC would be a better fit for tebow the Rex/Sparano? Rex and Sparano would be salivating over this guy.

Listen, Im not saying I want this to happen, but heres what Peter King thinks:
Sports Illustrated's Peter King already believes Tebow's trade value is no more than a fourth-round draft pick.

There is no doubt if Sanchez struggles, tebow could come in and win games. He showed last year he can do that. Can you say that about Quinn or Stanton?
