Why is it so popular? Shouldn't people be working when people like Limbaugh on on the radio? How hard are the jobs you have that you can LA-DI-DA and listen to a radio and be productive?

Me thinks that people who listen to "radio programs" are the least productive members of society.

I suppose it's all those non-working liberal welfare scumbags that are driving up the rating....and not the same sub-set of posters in here who tell us about how hard they work via a football message board during normal business hours.

The only porn watchers are the ones that want government to solve all the ills of society. Government doesn't solve they create problems. BTW this is a Rebublic not a Democracy.

I gave Hannity a try a few years ago, but simply can't stand him anymore. Doesn't mean I don't agree with some of what he says -- but HOW he says it drives me nuts . . .

Huh? Who claims they don't watch porn? Limbaugh is on in the middle of the day. I would imagine most of his listeners are people that happen to drive their cars at those hours. Ratings are about winning a time slot. If 30 million people are listening to radio at 12PM and a large chunk of them tune in to Rush he will win his time slot. It isn't that confusing.

The only time I listen to radio during the day is when I need to run out of the office to go to the bank. In the evenings when politics are hot (election cycle) I jump back and fourth between Fox and CNN. I like the somewhat down the middle shows like Oreilly, Anderson Cooper, Erin Burnett and Greta. Hannity's show is a bit too partisan for my taste. MSNBC is unwatchable for me.

That's fine, but the majority of people who recite their talking points and state they never watch them, hence the 3 billion dollar porn business, but no one watches that either. :D
