Its a hard way to learn a lesson, but I hope you will now think twice when you contemplate this whole "jogging" thing.

To further confuse things, even if North Bergen was in Bergen County (which it isn't) it would be at the very southern portion of it.

I just ran 6.2 miles and I didn't lose my house keys.

Possibly because I didn't have them on me when I ran. :O

I'm still mystified why you'd run that far with a set of keys in your pocket?

What's the update, did you ever find them?

June 24.

Just laid out my running schedule for the next 7 weeks and I'm spot on.

Now I just have to stick to it :D

Fairfield CT. A great 1/2, down around the water, up into the hills and ends at Fairfield Beach for a huge party.

Very cool event.
