I didn't want player on D, the O needs help now, and more importantly for the future. You need talent on O for sure, while we keep building an reinforcing the D, the O suffers. Don't get me wrong I'm a Defense guy all the way, however, you need to build around your Qb. There is still time, but these picks better start panning out.
but who do you take there? decastro the guard? we need a right tackle... i completely agree with you that we need to help Sanchize out so i think we go WR or OL 2nd round |

If upshaw is available in round 2, would anyone be opposed of taking him? I don't like upshaw but I think he has good value in mid to late round 2.

Coples said Rex told him on pre-draft visit that if he was still there at No. 16, Jets would take him. He's glad he's a man of his word #nyj |

I just hate that people go off on the guy without thinking and giving him a chance.
Whoever does that should be banned |
Exactly, I have to defer to Rex who is a defensive mastermind, he chose coples over a bunch of guys. I bet he is right
Vernon Gholston had mega upside but disapeared for long periods the same way Coples does how did that turn out? |
He seems better suited as a DE, but I have to imagine that Rex thinks he can play OLB if he took him at 16.
The dude is 300 lbs. He won't be playing LB. |
