Once people are able to see the upgrade seats available, please post here. Also, for this thread going forward, only those with 2012 tickets should post as we are the ones still in the mix for the emails regarding this thread title. Those who don't have tickets will not be getting the relocation emails and such...

I will post. My cousin has aisle seats in UD Prime in a high row right on the the 50 yard line. Seats right on 50 yard line in UD prime get the first chance to see inventory. After he picks I will find what was left.

Too bad Jets dont tell you how they do stuff. I would have jumped on a row 24-26 UD prime seat on the 50 if I knew it gave me such an amazing chance to relocated. Next week will be fun.

Just like when we picked PSLs.

The NYJETS are merely doing nothing but moving the manure around. They know the UD stinks or else they would have charged a PSL and they certainly wouldnt be offering up no pre-season,free parking and 50% off coupons...........What is this WalMart.........or Lets Make a Deal.......

By moving UD ticket holders around to possibly a better seat location they keep you in the mix for another year its part of the game. You in turn think maybe 3 sections over 4 rows down I might be able to see better...........believe me you wont. The UD is a very poor design.

Im not trying to piss anyone off or knock anyone who chose to sit in the UD or cant afford a PSL im just trying to alert you to whats going on.
This thread is a waste. It was started as a discussion for the Upper Deck seat transfer process and evolved into 18 pages of pure crap about everything else. At the end of the day, there is not a single piece of useful information for those of us in the UD. This site and message board should be better than that.

How about we limit posts in this thread from here on out on the Upper Deck seat exchange and the rest of you PSL folks and non season ticket holders can continue your discussion in another thread that you create.

Thanks much.
I agree with you, frankly that this topic should have remained an information source for the UD STHs to compare what was offered and what chose to accept or not accept.

The original 14000 post stadium thread of 2010-2011 was also designed to do the same thing, and succeeded in providing decent comparative information about seats offered, seats upgraded, PSL and game day price point reductions, new web sites that helped inform like seatandrow.com and even led to a spreadsheet that included over 800 JI seats held in the new stadium

Sadly, that thread was derailed and hijacked primarily by a combination of two primary groups of posters -- first the " I hate Woody and everything about the stadium and am not buying no tickets no-how crowd (led by a combination of NO PSLS, I'm staying home and watching my HD group and the Jets should have moved to Queens of LI group) and second, the prissy, pompous, My seats are better than your seats and everything else about me is better tnan everything about you "group" who finally led to the thread being closed permanently by Sooth

Now it seems like the same two are once again derailing a thread which could be useful during the UD relocation process with the same arguments that got the original thread locked

People liked the row three seats I got. If possible, I suggest people who are relocating try for the 3rd row. GMC, your expert opinions/alerts do not go unnoticed here. If you kept the seats, you could have been involved in the relocation process... but you did not. I am keeping my 6 uppers and my friends and family who go all have a great time from the time they park their car until they leave...

Actually you're just doing what you usually do, negative and talking out of your ass.

Guess the UD seats are different given they charge PSL for the same seats.

Why do people talk out of their asses like this? YOU don't like the seats, fine, why is there a need to tell everyone that the seats THEY like suck? No one ever b1tched and moaned like today about UD seats. Until they were banged in the rear to sit in the lower level seats for some stupid dollar figure. Or they didn't have enough seniority to get into the prime UD seats so now have to let everyone know that all of the UD sucks and that's why they don't have tickets anymore.

Does it make the social retards feel better?

OK I have some Real Info

If you add seats next week you will be given a four payment plan and only 25% of ticket price will be charged to you when you add seats.

Best selection for low rows is UD ED zone. There are seats available in the low rows 7-8 which is pretty good as section starts in row 5. I think this is because in original go around these seats in rows 5-8 were often held back as potential ADA seats.

Pretty good UD LSL seats available if you are looking in rows 12-18. Very Very few options in rows 1-9. between the 20's.

First four rows UD Prime seats are all in the corners, they are overpriced.

UD Prime proper by 50 yard line, extremely few seats in first 11 rows. Decent selection between rows 13-18.

Anyhow this is what was told to my friend who is a long term season ticket holder who was talking to rep today.

If you have seats in UD EZ that are high rows and want to stay in UD EZ you should be extremely pleased. Sideline should move. Upper Prime your move unless you have first pick should be limited.

It's not ALOT HIGHER. It's bigger, and if you go row for row its somewhat higher. It's a lame excuse to say that they turned in their seats because they used to be in row 15 and they're still in row 15 and it's a little higher than the old row 15.

The field doesn't drop way down like it did in GS for that matter.

And guess what, each and every level is also higher or further back from the field, depending on the row.

As I said, YOU don't like the place. Whatever your reasons, they sure as sh1t aren't over the height of the bigger stadium or the extra time it takes to leave the stadium. Only a fool would be so worried about the few extra minutes it takes to exit every level. It was quicker getting out of the older buildings Mezz too.

Unless of course you have Giants tickets. Their uppers are better and even get a PSL and higher ticket prices.

3 seats in Section 313 Row 14 seats 9-11 Section 311 3 in row 13
Section 307 2 or 3 in Row 3 Section 322 I 2 or 4 in Row 8 323 3 seats in Row 7, there were seats all over stadium. Above is mainly UD Prime Sunny side and UD EZ corner by where Jets comes out. Imagine bad locations. Imagine if you only need a single. I not even know if a Jets rep can even see all inventory yet. They still do look ups. Let me put it this way in row 20 and up lots of people did not renew or got relocated already or will relocated. Rows 20-26 will be single ticket sales for most part.

Thanks for the good and helpful info.

Here's my upper deck advice, for anyone who cares to take it.

2010 I had seats in Sec. 329 row 20, which is UD EZ near the corner.

I moved in 2011 to Sec. 327 row 10, and the seats were a lot better. In UD EZ, I'd rather be as close as possible to center of the end zone than towards a corner. True, being closer to a corner does mean you are closer to the more expensive sideline seats, but in my opinion the view is considerably worse. Section 327 was one section off of the center of the end zone.

Moving down ten rows makes a big difference. Obviously everyone has his preference, but I'd probably rather be in row 10 in EZ than in row 20 on sideline that isn't between say the 10s, and that's before taking price into account.

I think I will only move to sideline or prime if I can stay around row 10 or lower, and can move to a section where I'll be between at least the 10s. I realize and accept those seats may not be available. Otherwise, I may make a slight change to my seats, depending on what's available.
