No way you are the expert you showed us proof. Im not trying to undermine your cooking abilities or your knowledge in any way. Im going to actually use you're tips to try and impress my wife. Thanks
You want to REALLY impress her?

Go to Costco and get the Vietnamese Black Tiger Shrimp.

They have to be in the 6-10 range.

They are massive and delicious, not too too expensive. Best store bought shrimp I've ever had.

And don't use the grill basket, go for direct grill searing.
Yes and then I have to clean the grill.
I see.

I am sure you know this but the trick is to use a little Olive Oil. I put some in a squirt bottle that I use when grilling. I spray the grill before every cook and I also rub a little olive oil on everything I cook. Nothing ever sticks and it adds a little something to everything you cook. That is the trick, especially with fish, use plenty of olive oil.

You also may have the type of grills that need to be seasoned. Just google it.

BTW, I am not a fan of cooking seafood and meat/poultry on the same grill.

Just out of curiosity, how do you clean your grill? You make it sound like it is a lot of work, when in fact it shouldn't be.

Wife gets the credit for the name.:D

She's exceptionally well-behaved, in no small part due to the training I did with her if I may say so (therapy dog training for my daughter). She gets a run in every morning for about an hour off leash, followed by a walk during the evening. Great, great dog.
So your a vegan.
No. My wife is a vegetarian, not a vegan. I'm a omnivore.
It is the new ghey, but really, does all the pretentious eating and looking down your nose at people even truly sustain life or are you slowly dying.
I just got back from Scotland, and had the time of my life. Whilst there I ate Blood PUdding and Haggis, and they were brilliant.

I'm quite happy with my living, thanks for asking.
I had a steak for lunch and was gonna eat shrimp for dinner but now I think I'll eat a ham. A whole ham.
I had a Ham and Cheddar sammich for lunch today. Enjoy your Ham.
Then run a 5k.
I wish I could. Two torn ACL's and being a fat man makes that tough though, congrats to you for being able and fit.
I only mean to offend a little
Really?

I regret to inform you that you've failed my friend.
I've had bad experiences around non-meat eaters.
I've had bad and good experiences around both meat and non-meat eaters. I believe they call it "society in general".
A whole ham
Seems a bit heavy, even for a big eater like me, but enjoy!

OT: Speaking of Costco I went today and got a whole bunch of shlt. Toilet paper, water, paper towels etc. So I'm packing up my car on the driver side when I come back out to go to the cart I see this guy start picking up my stuff and start to walk away. I started yelling at him on wtf he was doing. He said "I thought somebody left the stuff out here." I said no scumbag can I have my shlt back? While the conversation was going on, an unmarked police unit came up. The officers got out, grabbed the guy, without putting cuffs on him and shoved him in the back. The left without taking any of my information or anything. I was dumbfounded, picked up my toilet paper and left.
Introduce the shrimp to the saute pan for a few more minutes to cook the shrimp through then add the fresh parsley, and incorporate all the flavors

Penny looks interested

You can either serve the shrimp on a platter as an appetizer with a crispy baguette or over pasta--the sauce is really all that matters here.

Makes absolutely no sense.

You don't have to clean your grill, you turn it up to high for a few minutes at the end then hit it with the steel brush. Then hit it with the steel bruxh when you start it up again. Grill baskets are teh ghey.

I don't bother with oiling the grill, I just oil the food and I always introduce the protein to the grill on very high, then turn it down the appropriaye cooking temps. It never sticks once the sear is established.

What are you kosher keeping seperate grills for meat and seafood? :D

I have a Weber with cast iron grates **special order**

I dont like the stainless steel grates.

I clean it with a grill brush before and after each use.

I bought the Pam grill spray and always forget to use it.
