Potential 2 TE Set for Sparano? (Kellen Winslow on the outs in Tampa)

http://rotoworld.com/player/nfl/2772/kellen-winslow

With Kellen Winslow apparently on the outs in Tampa, is this a move Tanny would make for a 2 TE set that Sparano loved to run in Miami?

Keller and Winslow on the field together sounds like something that could work, given the Pats 2 TE set that saw endless success last season.

Thoughts?

They're looking to get rid of him in large part due to his attitude and the fact that they want to improve the "culture" of the team.

No thanks!

I think they like Cumberland; but maybe the cap room surplus could make this deal work for a one year type of thing?

Pats had success because their qb is brady. apples and oranges.

True, but Gronk and even Hernandez would be beasts on any team.

What's the injury issue?

He played in all games the last 3 seasons.

28 years old.

He's a warrior!

How's his blocking been for the last few years? We don't need another receiving TE that can't block. We've got enough of those.

we are fine with Cumberland, he's young and was doing good things before the injury

Winslow is egocentric and poison to a locker room

Jets need a blocking TE.

Winslow can't block worth crap.

Winslow is a head case. Talk about a diva.

If the Jets show interest, I would be totally shocked. Especially after the discord on offense that occured last year.

Pft not the Jets.. They would both simultaneously blow out both knees, including complete tears of the ACL, MCL, PCL, and meniscus.

How is cumberland as a blocker? Im pretty sure he is more the athletic, receiving type TE then a blocking TE, which isn't a great fit with keller.

Hopefully we address the blocking TE with some of the cap space we have once TC cuts start to happen.

Please pass. The Brody Eldridge waiver claim was smart. This would be the opposite. It's $3.3 million for an older Dustin Keller with bad knees.

Winslow could be a fit for Denver. High altitude good for joint injuries, no? Their TE corps is hardly legendary, and Peyton gets the most out of pass-catching TEs.

Gronkowski would, Hernandez is not a special player IMO
