Tried the pizza on the grill again yesterday, freaking store bought dough still sucks, but I made marinara and layerd it with the pesto I made last week and I used regular mozz, not fresh mozz and it was pretty damn good.

I'm going to make my own dough next time.

Was in the mood for a martini whilst grilling.

The angst in the Hampur is unsettling to say the least, so I'm going back to what I like best.

Made Tilapia in foil on the grill tonite. Shallots, capers, white wine, butter, Tapatio hot sauce, fresh thyme, cracked sea salt and pepper



Grilled/steamed to flaky delicious perfection (tastes better than it looks)



Grilled eggplant and red bell peppers



Corn-on-the-cob in foil with butter, crushed red pepper flakes, cracked sea salt and pepper



Absolut vodka and homemade fresh squeezed lime orange lemonade
