JETS NEED BRAYLON FOR HIS SWAG AND TUDE
Back when the Jets lost Keysean , the Jets
found themselves without the intensity and swag that players that are wound too tightly bring to a team, there was a void - Last year the Jets felt the same kind of void - no attitude on offense. The reason: The loss of Braylon Edwards. Edwards has a way bringing the attention his way, and then performing at his very best with the game on the line. He takes pressure of others, something both Sanchez and Holmes could really use about now. Braylon had a great repore and chemistry built with Sanchez, he was the big play guy, and the only reciever the Jets had that allowed Sanchez to do what he does best, throw the home run ball. Edwards and Sanchez worked hard to develop the chemistry that allowed them to go to back to back Championship games. Cotchery also had tremendous chemistry with Sanchez. I hope the Jets bring Edwards back, I'd like to see the two young athletes work together again, and I don't see anyone on the Jets current roster who can do what Edwards did, AND THAT IS BRING AN ALMOST SUPERHUMAN INTENSITY TO THE BATTLE. The Jets without Edwards are like the Celtics without Rondo, a high maintnece player who pays high dividends. Taylor was a difficult personality for Parcells, but the baggage was worth it, just ask Parcells, who like Ryan and Bellicheat, pride themselves at being able to work with difficult personalities, it's part of the job if you choose to be a champion. Few players have that kind of intensity. COX - TAYLOR - JOHNSON- HARRISON- EDWARDS these guys where all a handful and more, but all won championships, with one exception, for now anyway. |

However, I do not believe the Jets FO feels the same way. I thought I also heard he resigned with the Niners, right? |

Stephen Hill has more attitude/style than Braylon Edwards. Also, you never want a WR's 'personality' running your offense to begin.

Does this diatribe need to be put to music?
BTW, Sanchez, when BE & SH were together, had better chemistry with SH. |

It doesn't matter though this is a horse long since beaten to death. BE is not coming back. Lets hope Holmes get hurt week 1, with a blown achillies and then we can go with hill and Kerley as our #1 and #2 |

And that most of MS picks came on throws to BE says he tried to force it to him. That all those game winning drives ended with passes to Holmes says that along with who was the number 1 WR. Sanchez had much better chemistry with Holmes. |

Holmes is the better WR, had better chemistry with Sanchez. No matter how much you guys don't want to hear it thats why Edwards was tossed aside. |

Jesus Christ we're not getting Braylon back. Sorry guys, I wanted him back too but the subject has been beaten to death. Jets made that clear last week.
Stephen Hill and our other young receivers are the Jets future now. |

When the hell are you people going to let go of this guy?
I've never heard such rallying, borderline obsessive support for such an average player. He's not coming back. If we had any interest in re-signing him we would've done it last year before he signed with the Niners for chump change. We just drafted a physical freak with huge upside in Stephen Hill, and people still want to whine and cry about Braylon not being on the team. Christ |

Here's hoping that GS3 under center, and Coples on
the edge works out.
