Stick it out with A-Rod. He'll be back in time to get in post-season condition. Hopefully the Yankees can survive without him for the next 7-8 weeks.

As far as next year goes, I'm not really worried about that just yet.

Way better hitter then the numbers would suggest, Petco holds him back. Plus defensive 3B. But makes no sense for the Yankees once A-Rod is back, he's a lousy Outfielder and putting him there would be a waste of his talents. Not unless the Yankees are ready to relegate A-Rod to full-time DH and you can plug and play Headley as a full time 3B, that is.
