Would love to see Baker develop into a Richie-Anderson type player. Not a guy that kills you downfield, but someone who sneaks into the flat and picks up a bunch of 3rd & 5s.

I do think some guys are rising to the occasion like Hill and Turner and letting their play do the talking. But I am not sure if that holds true for everyone.

Yes, but just like everyone else he needs to work on his blocking. Wish we could get someone that could catch, and block. That said, if he can get open it would be nice for Sanchez to have an outlet that can pick up a few yards.
