Anyone Watch Luck Today?

Damn.

It's doesn't seem fair that the Colts get to go from Peyton Manning to this guy.

4 drives, 3 TDs, 5/6 on 3rd down for the offense.

Luck was 10/16, 188 yards, 2 TDs. Had a couple of drops and multiple throwaways to avoid pressure. Great pocket presence.

If you didn't know any better, there would be no way to tell that he was a rookie.

It's just preseason, and it's the Rams, but some guys just pop on the screen and he's one of them.

Kid looked very good. There is a reason he was as highly rated as he was coming out of college.

i don't want to take anything from Luck either, but this is a true statement. the rams are god awful, so we'll see how he does against a good NFL team.

If you remember, Peyton was awful in his first year. From Manning to Luck may be a step up for the Colts.

LOL

It's still a defense that includes the likes of Chris Long, Cortland Finnegan, etc.

You're nuts if you think your boy Sanchez would even come close to those numbers against the exact same team.

Luck is going to be an incredible player.

Just for the record, I totally agree on both counts, I just enjoy rooting against guys that are the best.

First TD pass was a 3 yard dump-off turned into 70 yard TD.

But yes, even on that play his pocket presence was amazing. He is the type of QB that having an NFL team around him will only enhance his skills. What is most impressive is that it seems like the game is not moving too fast for him. He is calm. Same for RG3 the other night. They were not overwhelmed by the speed of the game.

It is very unfair they get to go from Peyton to him. In the NFL is pays to suck at the right time and it pays to really suck. When we suck, we get Gholston. When they suck, they get Manning and Luck.

And BTW, lets not knock the Rams until after we play them.

Good debut. I take nothing away. On SOME of those passes he had days to make a decision. If his line plays like that all year he should be fine

The oline protected him well but my goodness. He looked damn good. I have no idea who their WR's are but he was putting it right on the money and made great throws.
