Colts are looking up. The team surrounded Luck with a number of skill players to support him on offense - two good TE and a speedy slot receiver in the draft to go along with Reggie Wayne. That's a smart front office.

I think a 2nd rounder is too much to give up for Vontae Davis. I think the dolphins are the smart ones here.
