Motivational speaker for the Jets offense
The Jets need to bring in College Hall of Famer Ron Simmons to speak to the offense. He is a great motivational speaker as witnessed here. Bring him into the film room, have him look around and just day DAMN and then leave. Great motivational tactic. See the videos below.
