A guy who has been a major disappointment as a replacement player for one Leon Washington. Leon Washington was a truly gifted athlete and a guy who would work his hands to the bone if that is what it took to become a great football player who has truly reached the peak of his abilities.

He's kept his nose clean at all times and has always cherished the opportunity to play football in the NFL.

You can't say the same things about Joe McKnight. First of all, they said when he was drafted, I don't know exactly who claimed it, it was probably you, that Joe McKnight was another Leon Washington. As though gifted athletes like Leon Washington grow on trees. Pure stupidity.

He also came in here incredibly out of shape and failing his stamina test at the start of TC, PROVES that point beyond anything that you can claim as an excuse. He's never been reliable carrying the football as he goes through streaks of screwing the team with very untimely fumbles. He's never stacked up favorably against Leon Washington as they couldn't even use him during his rookie season. Whereas, Leon Washington came in his rookie season and hit the ground running.

Based on all the troubles and aggravation he's caused Mike Westhoff and the team, I claim he just wants to get paid and I believe this article PROVES that. Couldn't wait to get paid, just like every other student athlete does, so he accepts two automobiles, free plane tickets, and cash when he knows it is clearly a violation of NCAA rules. And not just some scenario like I mentioned, something involving far more money.

And stop trying to use the pro bowl argument. It just shows your lack of football knowledge. The pro bowl is nothing more than a popularity contest. Justin Miller made the pro bowl for crying out loud and he was an even sh*ttier player than Joe McKnight is.

How many millions of dollars did it and USC make selling Reggie Bush jerseys? And selling advertising revenue on television broadcasts featuring him ? And they go after Bush for a few lousy thousands of dollars he received while playing ?!? Ridiculous.

It's total and complete exploitation of college athletes. Ed O'Bannon of UCLA basketball fame actually started a class action lawsuit on this very topic. I hope he's successful.
