It's a great show, glad they got a taker.

Fins are pretty boring however but still happy there will be a show.

Where does Miami have camp? I'm assuming they're not in South Florida all summer in the heat.

Agree, glad someone is doing it, but this Miami team looks pretty boring.

Would've had mixed feelings about Jets doing it again.

Though Detroit Lions would've been a very interesting candidate, team on the rise with some real stars, and also troubled players.

Just glad show is getting done because it is great.

The Detroit Free Press reports that the Lions have joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Denver Broncos in turning down an opportunity to be covered by HBO’s Hard Knocks show.

On paper, the Lions made a lot of sense as a Hard Knocks target because they’re a young team on the rise. G.M. Martin Mayhew and coach Jim Schwartz aren’t proponents of an open-book approach when it comes to organizational matters, however, which made Detroit unlikely to accept.

Don't think it hurts certain teams, but thats a lot of pressure to throw on a rookie HC. One thing for someone who's done this before, but the teams that have succeeded after doing the show is a short list.

Absolutely the wrong move for their franchise. You have a coach who
has NEVER run a training camp before now being invaded by HBO for
a month. You know he's going to make mistakes whether in addressing
the team or running camp why have it captured on TV??? Their owner
is a total media whore

Totally disagree. At best, that team is winning 5 games this year. Might as well make some extra dough now cause come novemeber, that stadium is going to be empty.
