Cardinals D controlling Patriots so far

That last drive was unbelievable. Sack, sack...3rd and 32, Pats rush for a couple, send on their punt team and have the crowd boo the Pats offense.

Almost halftime. Tie game at 6-6.

Can we get an analysis from the trolls huddled around the black and white TV in a basement in Texas?

No you don't. You're on the surface. He lives underground with little communication to the outside world...only his dial-up modem to connect to JI and his weekly mailings of Patriot propaganda convincing him that the Pats are an honest, respectable organization.

That said, I'd be interested in Tx's take on two field goals at home against the Cardinals. I still don't think this game is in doubt and the Pats should come out and win by at least a TD but this is an unexpectedly slow start. What's going on in NE? Or, is it a better Cardinals team than some think? (I do think the Cardinals are a potential surprise contender for a wildcard in the NFC)

The cards defense is pretty damn good, but the pats are not looking good. The Hernandez injury is looming. The cards have won, what like 8 out of the last 9 games? That's thanks to the defense.

On the flip side the Pats Defense looks very improved. Chandler Jones is kicking the LT's ass, and the Linebackers look stout although Hightower got lucky on a bad throw or it would have been a TD on one pass attempt to Heap.

Ridley looks like a hell of a runner too.
